Once the committee approves it, the PDF is uploaded in the admin (Content → Resources) and appears here automatically — no reprinting, no posting.

In the meantime, the classes and marking scheme below are already in force.

Classes for the 12th Edition

Entry to every class is included in the one registration fee.

Set Hymn Choir The compulsory hymn, sung by every competing choir.
Own Choice Hymn Choir A hymn of the choir's own choosing.
Psalm Choir Anglican chant — a sung setting of an appointed psalm.
Anthem Choir The set anthem, judged side by side.
Small Choir Choir For smaller choirs, judged as its own class.
Quartet Small Ensemble Four voices, one to a part.
Trio Small Ensemble Three voices.
Duet Small Ensemble Two voices in sacred song.
Soprano Solo Solo / Individual Solo class for soprano voices.
Alto Solo Solo / Individual Solo class for alto voices.
Tenor Solo Solo / Individual Solo class for tenor voices.
Bass Solo Solo / Individual Solo class for bass voices.

How the marks are awarded

Every adjudicator scores each performance against these weighted criteria, totalling 100.
