Nakuru welcomes the festival in October 2026 — and for the first time every class is included in a single registration fee.
Entries for the 12th International Hymn Festival are now open. The Cathedral Church of the Good Shepherd, Nakuru, hosts the festival from 23 to 25 October 2026 under the theme “Semper Cantate Domino”.
This year brings a change every choir director will welcome. There is one registration fee per choir, and it covers every class your choir wishes to enter. Whether you sing only the Set Hymn, or you enter the anthem, the psalm, a small choir piece and four solos, you pay once.
Registration is entirely online. Your director creates an account, enters the choir's classes, names the soloists and chooses an organist. On payment you receive a receipt, a QR festival pass and a certificate of participation by email — nothing to print, nothing to post.
